We absolutely love gigs on our doorstep here at Birthday Cake for Breakfast! With that in mind, we were delighted to hear that Mutiny On The Bounty would be playing at Trof, our local haunt in Fallowfield.
Mutiny On The Bounty are a mind blowing four piece math rock band from Luxembourg (where they speak Luxembourgish, of course) who have just embarked on another tour, after the release of last year’s ‘Trials‘.
We sat down with Cédric, Clément, Nicolas and Sacha (rad names!) to talk about ‘Trials’, and what else is on the horizon (exciting!)
Check out the interview here!
Support came in the way of one of Birthday Cake For Breakfast’s favourites, Cleft, who tore it up as per, and sweet new sounds from Leeds based Other Peoples Lives (who we’ll hopefully be getting on this site soon!)
On a side note, our good friend Ben (of Bad Grammar fame) once went to a gig that consisted of Mutiny on The Bounty, Brontide, Shapes and Blakfish, on the day they had just released ‘Champions’ – Jammy bastard!
