Exclusive: Deh-Yey pour scorn on social media culture on new single ‘A Matter Of Life & Likes’

We’ve all been there (last Friday night for me) – You’re at a show and someone inexplicably films entire sections of it on their phone so they can, you know, never watch it ever again (if you’re lucky, they might have the flash on too!)

Chester based duo Deh-Yey examine this frustrating social faux pas on new single ‘A Matter Of Life & Likes‘ – questioning the amount of time we spend on our phones – all wrapped up in a Queens of the Stone Age styled ripper that calls to mind cuts from their 2002 classic ‘Songs For The Deaf’!

Off the back of previous release ‘Danephesians 4:31‘, the new single is out today – taken from a split-EP with noisy Welsh alt-punk band Gravves through Restless Bear Recordsthe first vinyl release on the label!
